Leadership Development

The most effective leaders in today’s business climate are able to address both efficiency and human needs within an organization. Organizations need a leadership strategy that closely connects with the business strategy and equips employees with the leadership skills needed to implement it. That’s where Corridor Business Consulting comes in. We measure the use of core leadership competencies with evaluations from several sources. This evaluation process yields information about your leadership skills and compares it to industry levels. As a result, you focus on development and implementation of the strengths of your leadership profile.

The entire process is coordinated by our consultants. The feedback we obtain is confidential and recorded from sources which may include subordinates, peers, managers, customers, or colleagues. Applied to individuals or groups, we explain the feedback process and the results. We then provide coaching to develop action plans designed to build on already existing skills.
