With over twenty years of business experience, Brent Kostiw’s work focuses on helping individuals and teams enhance their learning, effectiveness and overall fulfillment. Through education and coaching, he implements an action learning approach that helps clients realize opportunities, their potential, and the path to sustained long term change.
Brent’s experience includes: Business Coaching, Leadership and Management Assessments, Team Building, Strategy Development, Business Process Reengineering, Performance Management Implementation, Effectiveness Surveys, and Group Off-Site design/facilitation. Master Training status has been achieved on topics of – Change Management, Effective Meetings, Management and Leadership Development, Performance Management, Coaching for Success, Interviewing Excellence, Staffing, Personal and Team Objective Setting, Herrmann’s Whole Brain Thinking® methodology, DiSC Profile, Zenger Folkman Extraordinary Leader 360 Assessment, The Booth Company 360 Solutions and Team Building.
Brent has developed and directed Human Resource, Training and Organization Development departments. He holds a BS in Management and a MS in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, a SPHR certification from the Society for Human Resources Management and has completed the Co-Active Coaching training through the Coaches Training Institute.
